Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients in the agricultural and food processing sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic planning
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client documentation
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely product delivery
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in agriculture or FMCG
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of grain products and agricultural industry is advantageous
