- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Present and promote SEOUL SNOW products/services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong goal orientation with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences
- Must be willing to work in Mabalacat City, Pampanga
