- Promote AmarthaLink products to micro-entrepreneurs in Banyuasin
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain client relationships and ensure service satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective strategies
- Document client information and sales activities systematically
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery
- Report market trends and competitor activities to management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in retail/consumer products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with Banyuasin's local market dynamics
- Basic computer literacy and CRM software knowledge
- Valid motorcycle license and willingness to travel locally
