Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily field sales activities to reach and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Identify and qualify new business leads within the designated territory.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly sales reports to management.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product features.
- Proactively address customer queries and resolve complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the logistics and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of sold products.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in field sales, retail, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a persuasive personality.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local dialects.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel locally within Cagayan de Oro and surrounding areas.
- Basic computer literacy for sales reporting and inventory tracking.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
