Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and social networking.
- Present and demonstrate product/service offerings to potential clients clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly individual and team sales quotas.
- Build and sustain long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on market trends and client pain points.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions within our CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a Sales or Customer Service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a high level of resilience and a positive attitude toward targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
