- Identify and develop new business opportunities for medical oxygen and industrial gas products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, industrial clients, and distributors
- Present product solutions tailored to customer needs and specifications
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and documentation with attention to detail
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles (1+ years preferred)
- Knowledge of medical oxygen or industrial gas products is advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for client visits)
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred
