Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Conduct professional needs-analysis consultations to understand client requirements and financial goals.
- Present and explain tailored insurance solutions that align with the specific needs of each prospect.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in virtual team meetings and ongoing product training sessions.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Open to all candidates; no prior sales experience required as full training will be provided.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a remote/home-based environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills and office software (Google Suite/MS Office).
- A resilient mindset with the ability to handle objections professionally.
