Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and onboard new merchants for EDC services in assigned territories
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies to meet monthly sales targets
- Conduct needs analysis to match BukuWarung's EDC solutions with merchant requirements
- Build and maintain strong merchant relationships ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Provide comprehensive product training and ongoing support to merchants
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to inform sales approaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize merchant onboarding processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, merchant acquisition, or EDC services
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse business owners
- Familiarity with Bengkayang's local business landscape preferred
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in field positions
- Basic knowledge of digital payment systems and financial technology
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree advantageous
