Tanggung Jawab

  • Acquire new merchants for EDC (Electronic Data Capture) solutions in the Probolinggo region
  • Identify and approach potential business clients to introduce BukuWarung's financial services
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of EDC solutions to merchants
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with the Merchant Success team to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment solutions
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the Probolinggo market and local business landscape
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and services
  • Goal-oriented with a customer-centric approach
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
