Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that provide real-time insights into sales metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and target setting.
- Assist in forecasting sales volumes and revenue projections using historical data and market trends.
- Present findings and recommendations to management, translating complex data into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to drive business decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining data-driven recommendations to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and SQL is an advantage.
