- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities across regional territories.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
- Support the sales team in territory planning, quota setting, and forecasting efforts.
- Monitor inventory levels and distribution efficiency to ensure alignment with sales targets.
- Conduct market research to keep abreast of competitor activities and shifting consumer behaviors.
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile sales data and manage incentive structures.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline sales operations and increase productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or data reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Power Query).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business narratives.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar ERP systems) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality and security.
