Tanggung Jawab
- Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for potential revenue growth.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize pricing strategies and promotional activities.
- Conduct competitor analysis to ensure our offerings remain competitive in the market.
- Maintain and improve the integrity of sales data through diligent monitoring and system updates.
- Assist in the development of sales goals and performance metrics (KPIs).
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, sales administration, or business operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
