Tanggung Jawab

  • Architect and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports within Salesforce to track key sales performance indicators.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable data analytical tools and insight-gathering processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and implement innovative solutions that improve sales efficiency.
  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis to uncover trends, growth opportunities, and areas for performance optimization.
  • Ensure high data integrity and reliability across all Salesforce objects and integrated platforms.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership based on quantitative evidence and market trends.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote a data-first culture within the sales organization.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business intelligence, or data analytics roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) and related data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling; experience with Python or R is a significant advantage.
  • Deep understanding of sales funnels, lead conversion metrics, and revenue attribution models.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
