Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with MIESCOR's corporate vision and market opportunities.
- Provide technical consultation to clients, translating complex engineering requirements into effective business solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and site visits to proposal submission and final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and profitable.
- Prepare and present high-impact sales reports, presentations, and technical demonstrations for prospective clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred) or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or field engineering.
- Strong understanding of project-based selling and technical solution delivery.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
