Laminar Aviation, Inc., a premier aviation training institution based in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental, is seeking a dedicated Sales and Admissions Associate to drive trainee recruitment for our CGY operations at Laguindingan Airport. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits. You will provide comprehensive program information, conduct facility tours, and skillfully convert qualified leads into enrolled trainees.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage a high volume of inquiries from prospective trainees via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Schedule and conduct campus tours and admissions interviews at our Laguindingan facility.
- Guide prospective students through the entire enrollment process, from initial interest to finalized registration.
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets by effectively converting qualified leads into enrolled trainees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement recruitment campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students and their families, addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth admissions experience.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Proven experience in sales, admissions, recruitment, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM software.
- Willing and able to work onsite in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental.
