In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, comprehensive market analysis, and the development of high-value partnerships. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, guiding them to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional results.

As a Senior Supervisor, you will play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with key clients. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and business plans to expand market share.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to drive business expansion.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to contract closure.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and reporting to optimize strategies and forecast future performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
