The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Supervisor to join our Education and Enrollment team in Makati City. As a premier management school in Asia, we are committed to developing visionary leaders, and this role is pivotal in driving our growth by managing the end-to-end recruitment journey for our high-caliber programs.

In this role, you will lead efforts to identify, nurture, and convert qualified prospective students into enrolled leaders. You will work closely with marketing teams to translate leads into enrollment success, ensuring that every applicant receives an exceptional experience that reflects AIM’s academic prestige. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic enrollment plans to meet or exceed student recruitment targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end lead conversion lifecycle, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
  • Conduct professional consultations with prospective applicants to understand their career goals and align them with the appropriate academic programs.
  • Nurture relationships with prospective students through personalized communication, follow-ups, and informative webinars.
  • Analyze enrollment data and sales metrics to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to provide feedback on lead quality and refine outreach campaigns.
  • Represent the Institute at recruitment fairs, industry conferences, and networking events.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or student recruitment within the education sector.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales or enrollment KPIs.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple pipelines simultaneously.
  • Fluency in both English and Filipino is required.
  • Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced academic environment.
