Tanggung Jawab
- Drive program enrollment through consultative sales techniques and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction rates
- Conduct facility tours and program demonstrations for prospective families
- Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Track sales metrics and maintain accurate client records in CRM system
- Identify upselling opportunities for existing program participants
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or client relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with proven results
- Passion for sports and youth development programs
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking systems
