Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for conference facilities.
  • Manage and nurture key client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for group sales and inquiries.
  • Oversee the end-to-end coordination of events, from initial booking to final execution, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and catering, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Prepare accurate contracts, proposals, and proposals, and ensure all administrative requirements are met.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, event management, or conference operations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in a university or corporate facility setting is highly preferred.
