In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between the Japanese management team and local stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations, accurate translation, and effective sales support. We are looking for individuals with a strong command of the Japanese language (JLPT N3-N1) and a proactive attitude toward achieving company sales targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate smooth communication between Japanese management and Indonesian team members through accurate verbal and written interpretation.
- Assist the sales department in achieving monthly targets by engaging with potential clients and existing accounts.
- Prepare, translate, and manage business documents, reports, and meeting minutes to ensure clarity and professional standards.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of client meetings, site visits, and business negotiations.
- Monitor market trends in the automotive industry and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Handle general administrative inquiries and act as a liaison for Japanese expat staff regarding operational matters.
- Foster strong professional relationships with key automotive clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum JLPT N3 certification (N2 or N1 preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Literature, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an interpretation or sales support role, preferably within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for business reporting.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in Jakarta Raya and adapt to a fast-paced work culture.
