Capex Finance and Investment Corporation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our growing team. We are dedicated to providing accessible financial solutions, specifically targeting educators through our Teacher’s Loan products. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, acting as the face of our brand in the field.
Your day-to-day activities will involve extensive field visits to various schools and educational institutions to promote our loan offerings. You will be responsible for client sourcing, guiding applicants through the loan assistance process, and ensuring strict adherence to payment monitoring protocols. We are looking for a proactive individual who can build strong relationships, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives in the Lucena City area.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct proactive field visits to schools and educational institutions to promote Teacher’s Loan products and generate leads.
- Identify and source potential clients within the target market to expand our customer base.
- Assist clients in the loan application process, including document verification and submission.
- Provide clear, accurate information regarding loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to prospective borrowers.
- Monitor client payment schedules and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize bad debt.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, activity logs, and client updates to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as field work may require availability outside of standard business hours.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
