Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field sales visits and product demonstrations to prospective B2B clients across Metro Manila.
- Identify, generate, and qualify high-potential leads within the food, beverage, cosmetics, and manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales transactions to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Gather valuable market feedback, competitor insights, and industry trends to help refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support and customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales pipelines, activity logs, and performance reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or direct marketing (experience in FMCG, chemical, scent, or flavor industries is a plus).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Results-driven mindset with a highly motivated, self-starting, and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work independently in the field and adapt quickly to dynamic market demands.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing techniques.
- Willingness to travel daily within Quezon City and neighboring Metro Manila areas.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
