Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract new students and increase enrollment numbers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the local education landscape.
- Represent Auto Prima College at career fairs, open days, and various promotional events.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure accurate and compelling program information is shared.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing activities for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment within the education sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and own transport are highly advantageous.
