Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market demands.
- Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee commercial operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive product positioning and market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure a high return on investment (ROI) for all campaigns.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving growth in the Philippine market.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory landscape and healthcare compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven decision-making abilities with proficiency in CRM and analytics tools.
- Valid professional license (e.g., PharmD) is highly preferred.
