Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for aluminum products.
- Manage and oversee all company tax reporting processes, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and accuracy in documentation.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and negotiation.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure sales data is accurately recorded for reporting purposes.
- Represent Hua Chin Aluminum at industry events, trade shows, and business networking functions.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle complex tax reporting and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
