Smartfit Trading OPC is actively looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to spearhead our Epoxy product line. We are committed to delivering superior flooring and coating solutions, and we need a charismatic sales professional to help us capture market share in the construction and interior design industries. This full-time role is based in Taytay, Rizal, offering a competitive compensation package of ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and executing sales strategies that align with company goals. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies specifically for epoxy and flooring products.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and design sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, architects, and industrial clients.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities and identify market trends.
- Prepare and present professional quotations, contracts, and sales proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and attend trade shows.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust tactics to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, industrial, or chemical industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet strict sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for career growth.
