Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and market research.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for regular management reviews.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
