Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct professional property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns, roadshows, and property exhibitions.
- Provide detailed market analysis and competitor intelligence to the management team.
- Manage end-to-end sales documentation, including bookings, loan processing, and SPA coordination.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and referral business.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property sales or a related retail/service industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and ideally Mandarin.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed challenging KPIs.
- Professional appearance and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work during weekends and public holidays as required for sales events.
- Possess own transportation and a valid driver's license.
