Tanggung Jawab
- Drive new business development and manage the full sales cycle for SAP solutions.
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our ERP systems.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate client data and activity logs.
- Collaborate closely with the technical consulting team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand our professional network.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing within the IT/software industry.
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems or general software sales concepts is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and attend off-site business meetings.
