Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in fire and security solutions
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and end-clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Manage sales pipeline through CRM systems and provide weekly performance reports
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless client project implementations
- Stay current with industry regulations and product certifications
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in B2B sales or marketing role (construction/industrial preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Singapore driver's license (for client site visits)
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and security systems (advantageous)
