Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the medical and healthcare sectors.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas in the local market.
- Coordinate and execute promotional activities, trade shows, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance forecasts, and business proposals to management.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect product capabilities and compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian healthcare market landscape and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage for regional travel and client meetings.
