Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales/marketing experience in B2B industrial sector
- Strong negotiation skills with track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication abilities with proficiency in client relationship management
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Strategic thinker with ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
