Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for WSQ Food Safety courses in the West Region
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads through multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, networking)
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative selling sessions for corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in F&B and manufacturing sectors
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns
- Track sales metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Stay updated on food safety regulations and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in education/training sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, WSQ) is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license for client visits
