Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets within the forwarding and transportation sector.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and converting prospects into loyal clients for logistics services.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored supply chain solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and service agreements for air, sea, and land freight to potential and existing clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth areas and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and superior customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review, contributing to strategic planning.
- Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance company visibility and generate qualified leads.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales and marketing experience within the freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
- Strong understanding of international and domestic freight operations (air, sea, land) and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
