- Identify and develop new market opportunities for textile products across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure retention and growth
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement targeted promotional campaigns
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics to track KPIs
- Represent Gistex at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in textiles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in market research and data interpretation
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
