Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in sales and marketing management, preferably within the FMCG or Food Industry.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
