The Role: Sales and Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our growth in the East Region. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting for new clients and nurturing key accounts to managing complex project tenders and delivering technical solutions. In this strategic role, you will blend hands-on sales execution with high-level marketing strategy to drive revenue and brand visibility.
You will be responsible for penetrating new market segments, preparing competitive quotations, and providing technical product presentations that demonstrate the superior value of our power systems. Working closely with our engineering and project teams, you will ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect for new customers and develop a robust sales pipeline within the East Region and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Prepare and submit accurate, timely, and competitive quotations for project tenders.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences, including engineers and C-level executives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, including digital campaigns, events, and content strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Lead negotiations, close high-value contracts, and consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Sales and Marketing role within the power systems, electrical, or industrial engineering sector.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex power solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage for client visits.
