Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve the business goals of UTM Holdings and its subsidiaries.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the sales and marketing team to ensure alignment with organizational KPIs.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitor strategies, and prospective business opportunities to drive market expansion.
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and promotional events.
- Manage the sales pipeline, prepare regular forecasting reports, and manage budget allocations effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key accounts, corporate partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional subsidiary heads to align promotional strategies with operational capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
- Strong command of digital marketing landscapes, including SEO, social media platforms, and CRM tools.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
- Analytical capability to interpret market data, sales metrics, and translate insights into profitable strategies.
- Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working within a contract-based employment structure.
