Ltd. is looking for a results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our division in Malim, Melaka. You will oversee all activities within the Sales and Marketing department, developing innovative strategies to capture market share, build lasting client relationships, and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is comfortable managing cross-functional teams and is deeply familiar with the local Melaka business landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual sales and marketing plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final negotiation and closing.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to improve performance and operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and local promotional events.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing key accounts to ensure repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing management, preferably within the retail or apparel industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or willing to work full-time in Malim, Melaka.
