- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize hotel occupancy
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners
- Oversee all aspects of event and banquet sales, from initial inquiry to final execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources across various channels
- Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences and enhance brand reputation
- Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to measure ROI and adjust strategies accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in the hospitality sector
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitive landscape in Metro Manila
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
