Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to grow the company’s client base.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the local and regional construction market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with contractors, developers, and project managers.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on construction trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Manage marketing collateral and digital presence to enhance brand awareness in Davao City.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and networking abilities.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently while remaining a team player.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus for meeting potential site clients.
