Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share for elevator products and services.
- Identify and qualify new business leads through market research, networking, and cold calling within the construction and real estate sectors.
- Conduct professional presentations and site visits to explain technical product benefits to potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and proposal submission to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Coordinate with the technical and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility across the Davao region.
- Maintain an accurate and updated CRM database of all prospects, clients, and sales activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or technical marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry or vertical transportation market is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and goal-orientation.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Davao City.
