Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Identify and prospect new clients in the microfinance sector
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns
- Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators
- Represent BPR NUSA at industry events and community outreach
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years sales/marketing experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in financial services preferred
