As a Revenue Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our revenue management strategy. Your primary focus will be to analyze room revenue and demand patterns, build robust forecasts and budgets, and optimize pricing strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profit. You will be the key analytical brain behind our pricing decisions, working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to ensure every booking opportunity is captured at the best possible rate.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze historical and real-time booking data to forecast future demand and identify revenue opportunities.
- Develop and maintain revenue strategies, including dynamic pricing and inventory management, to maximize RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and economic indicators to adjust strategies proactively.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to plan pricing strategies for packages, groups, and corporate accounts.
- Manage distribution channel performance and conduct regular parity checks.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Conduct SWOT analysis to identify threats and opportunities in the market landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue management, revenue analysis, or a similar analytical role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (Opera preferred) and Revenue Management Systems (IDeaS, Duetto, or similar).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling) and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the Singaporean and Southeast Asian hotel market.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude.
