Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Present products and services to prospective clients, emphasizing value propositions and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative promotional campaigns and brand awareness strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to pivot strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer feedback in our CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
- Willingness to work on-site in South Caloocan, Metro Manila.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
