Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs within the Indonesian market.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting for new business leads.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, promotional materials, and digital strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline using CRM software to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and follow-ups.
- Represent AsiaRep at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
- Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize future sales initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets in the Indonesian market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire for career growth and professional development.
