- Coordinate directly with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business leads.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and up-to-date client data.
- Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support closing deals and facilitate customer retention strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably within the electrical or industrial sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
