Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Manage client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaign development and execution
- Prepare sales reports and performance analytics
- Coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Represent company at industry events and trade shows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales/marketing (trading/manufacturing preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Results-driven with proven sales achievements
