Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Purwokerto area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare professionals
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Implement promotional campaigns and product demonstrations for pharmaceutical portfolio
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team to create region-specific promotional materials
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market intelligence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing (pharmaceutical industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
