- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for tobacco product lines
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales operations teams to achieve KPIs

- Ensure strict compliance with tobacco industry regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and key retail partners

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years in sales operations management with 5+ years in tobacco industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in FMCG/manufacturing
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tobacco regulations and distribution channels
- Advanced proficiency in sales analytics tools (CRM, ERP systems)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
